Feb 14, 2019 Update

The activity next week will remain similar the previous weeks. Excavation will continue 24 hours a day on the First Street site and we will continue preparing the foundation of the Mission Street site.

Mitchell Engineering will continue site utility work for the Oceanwide Center development. The work includes the installation of storm drain laterals on First Street and on Stevenson Streets. High impact noise is continued to be expected from 8:00PM to 12:00AM, followed by low impact noise from 12:00AM to 6:00AM.

We are aware of the inconvenience caused by our activity and apologize in advance. Please rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of our activities. If you have particular concerns (scheduled deliveries, construction questions, accessibility needs, etc.) that must be addressed, please see contact information below. We will do everything possible to find a mutually agreeable solution.
