Mar 29, 2019 Update

This is a reminder that Oceanwide Center will be pouring the foundation mat slab for the Mission Street tower on Friday March 29 and Saturday March 30. During this time the area will experience heavy traffic with the trucks needed for this massive concrete pour. We will always try to perform this work with as little disruption as possible to the neighborhood and we want to make the community aware of some important dates below. We are continuing to work closely with with the City and County of San Francisco to minimize these impacts to the greatest extent possible. Jessie St and the portion of Ecker St between Jessie St and Mission St will be closed to traffic from Friday evening until Saturday evening.

Other activity on site will remain very similar the previous weeks. Excavation will continue 24 hours a day on the First Street site.

Mitchell Engineering will continue site utility work for the Oceanwide Center development. The work includes the installation of storm drain laterals on First Street and on Stevenson Streets. High impact noise is continued to be expected from 8:00PM to 12:00AM, followed by low impact noise from 12:00AM to 6:00AM.

Your cooperation will help this project become a success for your neighborhood and the City of San Francisco. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
